Its Finally Here! Our Largest In Person Event Ever!!!
Massive announcement! You may not know this, but I have almost doubled the size of my portfolio this year, and we just went under contract for another massive deal. This is not because I'm amazing at doing this. This is specifically because 2026 has been, by far, the best year with the most opportunity. In light of this, I can't physically do all the deals that are out there, so I want to invite you todo all these deals instead. This is the year where a ton of the larger players are either losing their portfolios or, more commonly, they're simply scaling back and trimming the deals that they overpaid for, taking their losses and moving on. 9 unit, need some guidance
I have a deal, it’s a 9 unit, strong cash flow and the owner is willing to hold 15%, how do I go about getting a bank to finance the other 75-80%? Will banks even do this? I still have to come up with 5-10% but I’ve never done this before, If you’ve done this before dm me, I have all the numbers, thanks in advance!!!!!!!!
