Use this option on the Experian app I 1. Open experian app and select "Credit at the bottom" then experian credit report 2. Select the account you want to dispute 3. Select start new dispute 4. Select accounts 5. Select start new dispute 6. Say no to identity theft 7. Select this option "Not mine or no knowledge of this account" 8. In the comments section COPY AND PASTE WORD FOR WORD "This is not my account. I have no knowledge of this account. 15 USC 1681b.
