I recently had my credit cleaned, now it's time to build. My game plan is to add a few pledge loan/ cash collateral loans maybe 3-5 of those for roughly $1-2k each, let those season a second before adding AU's then applying for funding. I've been hearing all the credit building apps like self and kickoff aren't really holding any weight due to all the institutions catching onto them as credit building/repairing apps. Is there any truth to that? I'm open to all suggestions and recommendations.
