What’s the going rate for dispatchers?

Hi my name is Jose. I live in the SF Bay Area and I plan on making $15,000 per month as the co-owner/ manager of operations for an owner small fleet trucking company. I want to get these 3 things from this course/community: 1. become a competent dispatcher for my own small fleet trucking company and other carriers as well 2. Understand the logistics of the trucking industry 3. Operate a successful owner small fleet trucking company For fun I like to do these 3 things: 1.  Boxing 2. Training my teenage son for baseball 3. Spending time with my family I also have another career that I am devoted to and I work 32 hours per week. Do you think it will be possible to juggle my current career and manage a small fleet trucking company simultaneously

Has anyone found useful DAT Load Board add-ons that provide fuel prices and toll estimates for trips? Any options available, and what are the costs for these add-ons? Would like to get the most value out of the load boards. Thanks in advance!
