Bumps and Bruises with DAT 🧨
Folks, I’m currently a fleet owner with 10 trucks and give or take 15 drivers. Our business learned a VALUABLE lesson a few weeks ago trying to establish an account with DAT. My dispatching team got my company in COMPLIANCE HELL. DAT has a policy of not sharing logins and is very security conscience with location of IP Addresses. We suspect that one of our dispatchers logged in with the same credentials from 2 locations. As of today, their Compliance Dept has turned our service off. Please don’t fall into this trap, as it is PAINFUL.

@Gurpreet Gill we are getting around it the wrong way. The dispatchers are using another MC#’s access because they work for many trucking companies. I’m going to attempt to re-establish contact with DAT in another month and see if I can get direct access again with my MC#.
