Beginner planche program questions
Relatively new to planche training. Training this planche program now and just wondering about a few things. My bicep tendons were immediately sore feeling after the planche training and the following day so I'm wondering, is this normal? How sore should the biceps tendons be after these workouts, should they be sore after the planche holds or am I going too intense? For the holds, how close to failure should they be trained? Currently training with 0-2sec away from failure on the planche holds and 2-6sec in reserve for the pseudo planche holds. Rest is about 3-4 days between planche training but still training upper body and legs during those days with 2 days fully off at the end of the cycle. Any advice or reassurance about the bicep tendon soreness would be very much appreciated

@Franky Javier Thank you man, very solid advice. Honestly they still feel a little sore a week later but it's definitely below a 4/10 now...buut it might've been above the day of/after the soreness oneset 😅 Will progress my way to GtG overtime and give them the chance to adapt, thanks again bro 💪
