Struggling To Launch? Watch This
I found this video on YouTube. It's a straight to the point breakdown of how this guy went from a brand new idea to a business cranking in sales using Ads, GHL and AI. What are your thoughts?

Seems like a great niche, they obviously have money to spend, just have to find the buyers. Quite a bit of ad spend to acquire clients. Also have to split the $40K three ways. Of course, they would scale this up. Then they have time and money to fulfill. I'd be interested to see if they got the 150 appts in 90 days that were actually pre-sold, ready to buy. You could probably do everything yourself or with one other person. This would be slower, but I would use a one-to-many approach and leverage other people's audiences to acquire clients for just my time. Or use your high-intent data with either SMS or Instantly + Clay to reduce acquisition costs. Then either close yourself or use Loom videos to do most of the work. Use a white-label FB ads partner to fulfill. One relationship with someone on those lists would probably give you more than enough business.

Vapi Connection to GHL Fix
For those who use Vapi with GHL, the direct connection to GHL has been broken for months. They promised a fix by the end of Q1 and today is day 2 of Q2. I reached out and they said yeah we don't see a fix coming any time soon. So... I decided to use my new vibe coding skills to create a solution on my own. And I did!
