I am also looking for PML. I have found a few properties outside of the city that I am looking at. One of them already has an existing tenant, hopefully they are wanting to stay long term. I’ll reach out to realtor tomorrow and see. Looking for lenders to fund the deal. Like to be able to pay it off in 5 years. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much
