If you tried the sleep tips - did they help? How is your focus today after a good night's rest?

1 am happy with 7‘s for now, meds cause a few times up each night meaning on a perfect night i get 7 with an allowed 8 in bed to rise, once retired that will go to 8 fine, i forgot to black out and now added that to the others i already do and hmm zzz’s better

I am familiar with both yet rare for me is the Rev up, I’ve done them both and the Rev up I need to do more for feeling is mine yet do feel more alert. I usually breath 5-10 minutes, short for yoga nidra then into movements feeling my way, those Rev up will be a gentle added piece to my day with the simple refocusing I really life. I usually let my body decide the velocity when to breath deep on just gently lone both directions, more natural with my lungs their history, their strength through athleticism and hiking, youth involvements BSA, swim, soccer, my ADHD I didn’t know I had till 4 years a go:)
