Have you ever just wanted to pause the world for a minute? Not escape it, necessarily. Just... stop the clock long enough to catch your breath. Catch up. Rest. Play. Be creative. Without EVERYTHING ELSE piling up while you do. I'm in the middle of a good book right now (The Astral Library by Kate Quinn), and there's a room in it where time stands still. You walk in, spend as long as you need, and when you walk out, everything is exactly as you left it. One of the characters uses it to work in - he brings his workload for the day, takes however long he wants, and then walks out and it's still bright and early in the morning and he goes and sells everything he just finished working on. Nobody waiting. No catching up required. It has piqued my interest, to say the least! 👉 What would you do if you had access to that room? Hi, I'm Melissa Hoffmann! I'm a holistic mindset and nervous system coach and breathwork facilitator for women entrepreneurs looking to scale their businesses without stress or burnout. I have a free Skool community called The Relaxed & Rich Lounge where I share resources, tools and do monthly activations for women looking to become their relaxed & rich self. I'm here because I found Olivia through Brenda Rigney's Built to Be Seen Summit (which I'm also a presenter at!) and I'm excited about her session because I want to grow my community and monetize it and not have to spend hours each week doing it. I also want to create a paid side community that is different from my main business that's around my previous business I had built that would be more a fun passion project, and learn how to balance that with my coaching business.
