Welcome to The Rewind Challenge: Look Back to Move Forward! ☕ For the next 3 days, we're doing something a little different... Instead of adding more to your plate, we're getting curious about what's already on it. 🎯 THE ONE THING YOU'RE DOING THIS WEEK: Track what you actually do. All of it. Throughout the day. Work stuff. Home stuff. Kid stuff. The random stuff. The 20-minute scroll. The unexpected errand. The "quick" call that wasn't actually quick... All of it counts. Nothing is too small! The training is live now in the Classroom → Access the Rewind Challenge training here 📍 HOW THIS WORKS: Day 1 today — check out the training and start tracking! Day 2 tomorrow — check-in post (I'll be here) Day 3 — I'll drop a handy tool I created (demo in the training) that brings it all together and helps figure out where you can optimize That's it! Nothing to do but focus on tracking for now. 😊 One bit - you’ll need to paste in your activities, so at some point you’ll need to retype your pink scratch paper. And the panic spiral can be a big time drain! It’s good that you’re able to see it for what it is

✨ Day 3: Here's the tool I built for you — and it's kind of wild
Today is day 3 of tracking - you're almost there! ☕ Now here's where it gets good - I built a custom analysis tool specifically for this challenge. Here's how it works: 1. Paste in your goals – business, personal, family, home, whatever matters to you! 2. Paste in your 3-day time log (messy notes totally fine) 3. Hit analyze And it will show you: → Where your time actually went (broken down by category) → How aligned your days were with your actual goals (with a score) → The patterns and pinch points worth noticing → Small, doable shifts to explore — mapped to our Cold Coffee Club pillars Remember - this isn't about heaping guilt on ourselves! It's about being curious and adding awareness to where we are actually spending our time (and energy!) Check out the Analysis Tool + a walkthrough guide with examples in the Classroom!
