Good morning everyone I can’t believe today is the final day of the Nourish to Lose programme, it’s gone by so quickly! A huge well done to you all, and thank you for taking part. You’ve done incredibly well, and it’s been amazing to see your progress and commitment throughout. If you would like any further support following the programme, please do get in touch and we can discuss a personalised follow-up support plan for you. Thanks Emilia, I’ve learnt some great skills that haven’t hit a chord before but maybe it’s the simplicity of it that’s made it stick more. One day at a time, asking myself those little questions x

Hi I’m Tracey, I’m here as I need to change my relationship with food and find ways to navigate habits I have. I’m a perimenopausal mum works full time in my late 40’s, with rheumatoid arthritis and the weight has ploughed back on and more difficult to shift, so now is my time to re-find me and ensure im doing everything I can to be here for my girls in a healthier way. Looking for like minded support that understand real life and its struggles not the glossy media driven life!! Sorry that was an essay!!
