Day 3 Assignment
Finish this sentence and post it: In 2026, I am no longer carrying …… putting expectations of job sufficiency on a colleague despite job title or role. In the workplace, they expect you to be the champion in your craft but for some they are allowed to be on a different scale. My Nigerian girlfriend schooled me that is why you “work according to your compensation”. Then I had peace. 2 yrs in with application 😊

1. What is one specific behavior you strengthened as a leader in 2025? -This year was a year of loss for me. I have never experienced that before. This is where resilience is birthed. I had to work when I did not feel like it. In my household, “Your word was our bond”. Therefore, you signed up… you finished. I planned and was able to execute what was “thrown” on my plate. A true testament to a higher power. 1. What is one specific behavior that slipped or weakened? Boundaries were weakened at one point.
