In 2026, I’m no longer carrying “guilty feelings” about disengaging from people, places and things that don’t benefit me and impede my happiness or jeopardize my physical health or mental health. No more hesitation, reservation, trepidation in saying BYE ✌🏾 In the words of Diana Ross…..IT’S MY TURN 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Day 3 Assignment
Finish this sentence and post it: In 2026, I am no longer carrying …… putting expectations of job sufficiency on a colleague despite job title or role. In the workplace, they expect you to be the champion in your craft but for some they are allowed to be on a different scale. My Nigerian girlfriend schooled me that is why you “work according to your compensation”. Then I had peace. 2 yrs in with application 😊
