A long time ago, someone said to me, "Tracy, one day the world will be receiving healing virtually." I remember sitting with those words, and over the years I've watched exactly that unfold. And I am SO glad I trusted what I felt back then. I've spent years developing and refining the way I deliver my medicine online, and honestly, what I have witnessed through a screen has been incredible. The body responding, emotions moving, energy shifting, people connecting with themselves from the other side of the world. Virtual healing is a whole VIBE, beautiful souls! And I think we all need to become a little more open to what is possible when we stop believing we have to be physically in the same room to experience something meaningful. 5 ways to prepare yourself to receive online: 1. Create your little sanctuary. Find somewhere quiet where you won't be interrupted. A mat, blanket, pillow, whatever makes you comfortable. 2. Give yourself permission to disconnect. Silence the phone, close the tabs and let the outside world wait. 3. Come without expectations. You don't need to shake, cry, move or experience anything extraordinary. Let your body respond in its own way. 4. Make room for integration. Have water nearby and allow yourself some quiet time afterwards. Don't rush straight back into the noise. 5. Arrive OPEN. Not forcing yourself to believe anything, just willing to explore what might be possible. And here's something I really want you to sit with... If you notice resistance to receiving this work virtually, get curious about it. What is underneath that resistance? Is it uncertainty about something unfamiliar? Is there a part of you that feels safer keeping the experience at a distance? Is there fear around what might change if you allow yourself to receive? Or perhaps you simply haven't experienced it yet, and your mind needs a little evidence before it can trust something new. And that's perfectly okay. Not every hesitation is a blockage. Sometimes it's discernment, sometimes it's fear, and sometimes it's simply the unknown.
