Hi beautiful souls, This weekend, I received news that my father will be entering hospice care soon. It’s one of those moments where time seems to slow... and the emotions come in waves, gentle, fierce, quiet again. So today’s Mindful Monday is simple. If you’re holding something tender right now, grief, uncertainty, heaviness of any kind, I want to remind you: ✨ It’s okay to pause. ✨ It’s okay to feel it all. ✨ You don’t need to be “okay” to be present. This week, can you give yourself a breath of grace?
