Ghkcu, Klow & Glow
I am currently 4 weeks in with GHKCU. I plan to take a couple of weeks off after 12 weeks since my research has suggested that. I’ve been looking at Glow and Klow. I am considering going with glow or Klow when I am ready to start Ghkcu again. Is anyone else doing Glow or Klow? Which would you recommend?

@Bill Haynes Hi Bill. I do use GHKCU for skin, hair and nails. But I was looking at Glow and Klow because of the recovery and gut health benefits.

@Bill Haynes Thank you for sharing. I’ll give Bob-157 a try.
Sermorelin
Does anyone use Sermorelin? I’m curious as to what your experience has been. I’m specifically looking at it for sleep and recovery.

@Bill Haynes I have had my hormones checked recently and my bloodwork suggests I’m post menopausal. Which isn’t surprising since I had a hysterectomy 4 years ago. They did leave 1 ovary because it was fine, however It must have given up on life. I do have an appointment with a Dr to get HRT but that isn’t until next month. I am desperate for sleep. It’s been months of getting only 3-4 hours of sleep. I just thought it would be worth trying something, anything to see if it would help. Thank you for your answer. That info really does help. 😊
Poll Results On Longevity Peptides
Mots-C received the most votes. Then #2 was Epitalon. #3 GHK-CU and #4 SS-31. Most people accept aging as inevitable. The science increasingly does not. What we call aging is a measurable cascade of cellular events. Mitochondrial decline. Telomere shortening. Collagen breakdown. Chronic inflammation that never fully resolves. These are not mysteries. They are addressable biological processes. And four compounds in the current research literature are targeting each one of them directly. MOTS-c — Your Mitochondria Have a Longevity Signal. Here Is How to Restore It. Identified in 2015 by researchers at USC and published in Cell, MOTS-c is encoded directly in mitochondrial DNA and activates AMPK — the same metabolic switch triggered by fasting and exercise. Published research shows improved insulin sensitivity, enhanced fat oxidation, and increased endurance in study models. A 2019 study confirmed MOTS-c levels decline significantly with age in humans, correlating directly with metabolic dysfunction and reduced physical capacity. This is not a synthetic compound mimicking a natural process. It is the natural process itself, restored. Epitalon — The Only Compound Shown to Activate Telomerase in Human Cells Every cell division shortens your telomeres. When they get short enough cells stop dividing and begin secreting inflammatory signals that accelerate aging in surrounding tissue. That process is called cellular senescence and it is one of the primary drivers of age-related disease. Epitalon, developed by Dr. Vladimir Khavinson at the St. Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology, has demonstrated telomerase activation in human somatic cells in peer-reviewed research published in Neoplasma. It has also shown restoration of melatonin rhythms, improved immune function, and in long-term studies a statistically significant extension of lifespan. Over 35 years of research and more than 100 published studies back this compound. That is not a claim. That is a track record.

Well now I want to add Mots-c to my stack! 😂
The 5 Most Promising Peptides for Longevity and Performance in 2026
The world of peptides is evolving fast. Every week, new compounds are being discussed in biohacking groups, longevity communities, and performance circles. Some are overhyped. Some are poorly understood. And a few may genuinely change the future of human health and aging. After reviewing the latest discussions and research trends, these are the five peptides that have captured the most attention from scientists, clinicians, and biohackers alike. 1. Retatrutide: The Next Generation Fat Loss Peptide Many experts believe Retatrutide could eventually outperform both Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. Why? Because it targets three metabolic pathways instead of one. Potential benefits include: Significant fat loss Improved insulin sensitivity Better metabolic health Reduced cardiovascular risk This may become one of the most important metabolic therapies of the next decade. 2. MOTS-c: The Exercise Mimetic What if your cells could act as if they had exercised? MOTS-c is a mitochondrial peptide that appears to improve energy production, metabolic flexibility, and physical performance. Researchers are studying its role in: • Healthy aging • Metabolic health • Mitochondrial function • Exercise performance For longevity enthusiasts, this is one of the most exciting peptides currently being explored. 3. Humanin: Protecting Your Cells From Aging Humanin is another mitochondrial-derived peptide that may help protect cells from age-related decline. Potential benefits include: Neuroprotection Reduced inflammation Improved cellular resilience Support for healthy aging As we learn more about mitochondria and longevity, Humanin continues to gain attention. 4. SS-31 (Elamipretide): Mitochondrial Repair Most age-related diseases involve mitochondrial dysfunction. SS-31 is designed to target and improve mitochondrial efficiency. Researchers are investigating its potential for: • Heart health • Energy production • Muscle performance • Healthy aging Of all the peptides currently being studied, SS-31 may have some of the strongest scientific backing.

@Leslie Lyon That’s interesting with the estrogen. My bloodwork suggests that I am post menopausal, which doesn’t come as a surprise to me since I had a hysterectomy several years ago. I do have one ovary left but I’m sure it has given up on life. 😂 I’m currently waiting to see a doctor for HRT but I wonder if Epitalon would help. I need more than 3-4 hours of sleep every night! 😂

@Leslie Lyon It definitely should be standard to start HRT after a hysterectomy. Even with one ovary that isn’t enough to give the adequate hormones needed. I’m in desperate need of sleep. 3-4 hours is killing me. Good luck. Let me know the outcome next time you try!
Skin and Microneedling
I’ve been using ghk-cu in serums along with snap-8. Which some call the botox peptide. I’ve used ghk-cu with microneedling numerous times and today I added in the snap 8 it’s recommended for more shallow depth than ghk-cu and other serums. I’ll report back with my findings. 🤓 Had anyone tried snap-8? Just so I feel good about this post it is not to be injected it is only recommended for topical or shallow depth microneedling.

@Leslie Lyon oh good to know! I have a little ghkcu left that I can use. And yes, I already have some 10% lidocaine! No way am I micro needling without that! Haha
