Super Bowl Sunday... 🏈
Who's watching? Who you got? Any big plans? Traditions or rituals? What are you eating? I used to be a BIG fan back in the day... I grew up with it... Played since Elementary... In the Marines... We'd have our Annual Mechs vs. Flyers game... But I've kind of fallen off over the years. They keep making the season longer... And the current rules completely handicap the defense. I used to love the big hits... (The Mech defense was legendary, lol)... But those are now a thing of the past. Knowing what I do now... When they do happen... It's more cringe inducing than a cause for celebration. I remember when Darren Woodson hit Darrell Jackson back in the day. Jackson went back to the locker room and had a seizure. 🤯 That was the stuff of legends. But the implications are serious. All that said... My favorite sport now is probably MMA, lol. It has all the big time action of old school football... And then some‼️ But is also somehow safer⁉️ 🤯 ENJOY the day... 🌞 With friends and family... OR rolling solo! 😎 Keep your head on straight! 💯 But keep your head on a swivel! And maybe... ☯️ A little Tai Chi.🙏

🎄 12 Days of Cloud Hands ⛅︎ - Day 1
Cloud Hands is a simple movement that can be found within many Tai Chi forms. The movement can also be practiced on its own. Over the next 12 Days... Take a few minutes out of the hectic hustle of the holidays to float through the clouds and center yourself. It's important to keep your balance.☯️ Look inside... And let the outside melt away. (it'll be there waiting for you when you're done, lol) For Christmas, it may be fun to imagine your hands are Santa and the Reindeer floating through the clouds from house to house bringing joy.🎅🏼 Playing Tai Chi should be fun and light. Not serious and strenuous. The holidays should be a time of fun. Family and friends. Not stress and anxiety. ENJOY.🙏 NEXT: DAY 2 ▶️

Fix Anxiety in 7 Days⁉️ 🤯
Tai Chi (and exercise in general) can go a long way toward managing stress, anxiety, and overall energy levels. We all want to feel better (and/or great)! But there are some nutrients that can help as well because... What else are nutrients for?! Your body naturally makes some of it's own nutrients which is one of the reasons why exercise is so beneficial. It helps to make sure your machinery is operating properly and firing on all cylinders. The TLDR of the video: A study gave people: *2.64 G Lysine (an essential amino acid, meaning you need to get this from food) *2.64 G Arginine (a non-essential amino acid, meaning your body makes it, BUT it can be considered "semi-essential" or "conditionally essential", meaning either that your body doesn't make enough or that there are times when you need extra) *Split between 2 doses (morning & evening) Magnesium & Glycine (another non-essential amino acid that can be considered semi-essential or conditionally essential) are a couple of other nutrients that have been shown to help. Magnesium Glycinate is a popular supplement in which Magnesium has been bound to Glycine. It is said to help with sleep. Your best bet is usually to get all the nutrients you can from natural organic whole foods when you can. One ingredient. You can get most things from animal or plant sources depending on your preference, but some things are more readily bioavailable in certain forms (and some things are very hard to get from certain places). Also, beware of synthetic "vitamins" and things like GMOs. A food log is a good way to see if you're lacking in one area or another.

It may be CLOSER than you think! "Isolation is the Dream Killer!" This is ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL THINGS I've ever heard and something that I reference often. WE ALL NEED CONNECTION and THIS IS WHAT COMMUNITY IS ALL ABOUT‼️🙏
