My UGC stack for staying sane while scaling
When I first started doing UGC, I assumed the hardest part would be coming up with a hook that stops the scroll. Turns out, the real challenge is keeping track of the admin side when you have multiple brands, editors, and deadlines hitting all at once. For a long time, my workflow was a digital mess. I was juggling pitch templates in Notion, raw files in Google Drive, and edits in CapCut. It worked, but I felt like I spent more time managing tabs than actually creating content. I've been refining my setup lately to keep the momentum going: - Notion: Still using this for my pitch templates and outreach stats. - Google Drive: My go-to for asset delivery and storage. - CapCut: Still my main suite for fast edits. - Floment: I added this to my stack to manage daily tasks and project progress. It’s a dedicated workspace for the execution side of things, helping me stay focused on building my pipeline rather than just taking notes. It has been a solid way to keep my creative energy from getting drained by all the admin work. What is the one tool in your stack you absolutely cannot live without when you are managing your active brand deals?

For me, the biggest hurdle early on was just staying consistent with daily brand outreach and organizing deliverables. I usually draft my portfolio concepts in Figma and then track my active pitches and task boards inside Floment. Having a single workspace to map out my execution cards makes it so much easier to stay accountable and actually reach out to clients every day.
Omg, I’m shaking… I just hit my goal of $5k/m as a UGC creator
Hiiiiiiiii, i just want to share some quick wins with the community i just woke up to a closed brand deal today, and I finally hit my goal of $5k/m as a ugc creator I just started to take UGC seriously this year in January during the 5 day sprint. Before that, I had no experience as a content creator. I’m also from Ecuador and here I didn’t know anyone else doing this and if u even look at the first ever coaching calls I attended, i was so worried if ugc would even work in my home country The minimum wage is $500 in a month and average salary is $700 and to be honest, before UGC, i was unemployed doing a bit of my watercolor art and trying to learn how to make content. I set a new year resolution to take responsibility for my finances and told myself, I need to do something. I found UGC and got obsessed with it. Within 2 weeks after the sprint, I landed my first ever paid brand deal on january 20th. And now, today on february 20th, I did the math and landed $5k in closed brand deals, and I still have more pending right now as well!!! I just wanted to take this chance and say thank you to all of the coaches, and gloria for mentoring me, believing that I can actually do this, despite my current situation. I would haven’t made this if I didn’t have any true support that believed in me. I tried to learn it by myself but I was stuck with gifted collabs. And for me, it used to take me one hour to write and send a full pitch because I was so scared to get rejected, but I built habits to stick to the plan instead of to scroll my phone. After I worked on my mindsetand, and healthy habits pitching became effortless for me. Because of ugc, this last month, I got to work while traveling. Thanks and I love this amazing community ❤️

I organize my brand research and pitch drafts in Google Drive and then track all my outreach pipelines inside Floment AI using project cards and task tracking. Sticking to a structured daily workspace makes it so much easier to stay focused and hit your momentum targets without getting distracted.
Hi everyone. New Beginner, just greeting and need some advices and mentoring
Hi everyone I’m Ingrid Erica. I I just joined UGC worl about one week ago and I see it very interesting. I actually want to take it seriously but I don’t really know where to start, I’m a complete new beginner with no filming skills and speech skills and still struggling with my American English accent because I don’t come from America I come from Cameroon 🇨🇲 in Africa and arrived here about 5 months ago I actually graduated from high school in my home country and I couldn’t go to college because i needed a 6month residency . I found @Gloria Stonelake on instagram taking about UGC and her story was so real to my situation I decided to book a 1-1 call with someone from UGC who game me the link to this free UGC community. I’m glad to be here with you all and with guys are great Thanks

I map out my video concepts and scripts in Google Drive first, then track my daily filming and practice tasks inside Floment AI using project cards and to-dos. Having a clear workspace with visible progress updates makes it so much easier to stay consistent when you're just starting out.
At 51, I Left my 23-Year Stable Corporate Career to Make 'Goofy Videos.' Five Months Later, I've Made $117,394.
Hey I'm Jared Brubaker, I'm one of the UGC coaches that paid $1,000 to newer creators for their first ever paid brand deal this past week in the 2026 sprint. I've got a lot of UGC Creators asking my story and background and I've never shared this publicly before, so here it is: My closest friend told me to 'get a grip on my life' when I left my 23-year corporate career to make videos on my phone. Five months and $117,394 later, he's asking me how to get started. before I found out about UGC, I led a 400-person corporate recruiting company for 23 years. On paper, I was successful. Six-figure salary. International business. Respect. Status. I had the whole thing on the outside. On the inside? I was at war with myself. I hated my job. I hated myself. I felt stuck in this loop where every day looked exactly the same and I couldn't see a way out. I had this gut feeling that there was more to life than boardrooms and quarterly reports and managing people who didn't want to be managed. But I kept going. Because that's what you do, right? You’re a “man”, you have a family to care for, you have responsibilities. You have a reputation. You don't just walk away from 23 years of financial stability just because you're "unhappy." So I buried it. For years. For years I silenced that inner voice and told myself to man up and toughen it out. But it was this one moment when everything changed for me. I was in Barcelona with my son. He was playing soccer, and I had way too much time on my hands. I was scrolling through TikTok one day and saw a post about brands desperately needing older Gen X creators. And I thought, "Why not me?" I'd been an actor in my previous life, a long time ago when I was younger. I was always comfortable in front of the camera. So I figured I'd give it a shot. Just to fill some time while I was out there in Barcelona. I always wanted to have fun creating content. I did five or six projects before I flew back to Salt Lake. And something clicked.
