The more I learn GoHighLevel, the more I realize you can spend an entire day “setting things up” and somehow finish nothing 😂
I’ve been trying to separate the tools from the actual work. gohighlevel.com handles the CRM and automations, chatgpt.com helps when I’m mapping out workflows or troubleshooting ideas, and floment.ai keeps the projects and next tasks I actually need to finish visible. It sounds simple, but having a clear next action stops me from endlessly tweaking workflows that already work. Anyone else guilty of overbuilding their automations instead of just shipping them?

@P R For me, the actual business/A2P verification took around 2–4 business days once all the legal details and sample messaging matched up cleanly. The phone number part is practically instant right after approval ,the real waiting game is almost always waiting on the carrier registry to clear the campaign.

@Md Murad Hossain That's a fair take on keeping the core CRM and automation loop unified. For me, the split is mostly between client delivery infrastructure vs. internal project tracking. GHL is incredible at executing the lead-to-client pipeline natively, but I like keeping my higher-level milestones and messy build tasks separate so my client portal doesn't turn into my personal to-do list.
leadgen and research
Hey everyone, currently Iam learning ai to scrape do deep research and find leads to offer my service which is local SEO. I have been trieng to build these system for weeks but my mind is messed up and everything is messed up. Could you guys tell me which tools you use for hunting emails or social profiles of the owner ?? Is It possible to create an automation, that scrapes google maps businneses, goes to their website find owners name, does deep research about the owner and also scrape the business social profiles to see If the owner if following his buinsess and then give It to me in a spreadcheat, is this possible? Also what tools do you guys use to deep research, I want to deep research to pick a qualified niche. Thats It, I hope someone can quide me with action steps, videos or reccomendations. Trying to scrape Maps, find owner emails, and check socials all in one automated run usually breaks down quickly. I’d break that into two distinct chunks: use an established scraper to drop raw leads into Google Sheets first, then sort out the deep enrichment step separately. I usually keep each stage mapped out on simple project cards in Floment AI so I don't get overwhelmed by the whole pipeline at once. The hardest part is still keeping your outreach volume consistent while testing the data quality.
The part of GoHighLevel that took me a while to understand is that automating more doesn’t automatically make the business easier to run.
A cleaner setup has been gohighlevel.com for CRM, funnels, and client automations, chatgpt.com for working through campaign ideas and copy, and floment.ai for the projects and tasks that still need an actual human to move them forward. Basically, HighLevel runs the repeatable stuff while Floment keeps the work around those systems from getting lost. For the HighLevel users here, what part of your setup still feels way more manual than it should?
AI Automation for Real Estate Investors, Agents & Businesses
We’re looking to connect with real estate investors, agents, and real estate businesses that want to improve their operations using AI and automation. Our team has experience building AI-powered systems for lead generation, customer communication, data collection, and business process automation. We’re currently exploring solutions such as: - Instant SMS follow-up for new leads - AI voice agents for incoming and outbound calls - Automated lead qualification and appointment booking - CRM and Twilio-based communication automation - Real estate data collection and monitoring - Foreclosure and public-record data automation - Automated follow-up with sellers, buyers, and investors - Custom AI workflows for repetitive back-office tasks Rather than building generic software, we want to work directly with real estate professionals, understand their current processes and problems, and build automation around real business needs. We’re currently looking for a small number of real estate investors, agents, or companies who are interested in becoming early customers or pilot partners. If you have a repetitive process, lead-response problem, data problem, or workflow that you believe could be automated with AI, I’d be interested in discussing it with you. The goal is simple: understand your workflow, identify where AI can save time or generate more opportunities, and build a practical solution around it. If you are interested plz send dm or mention Whatsapp: +81 80-7797-7027

Mapping the day to day operational steps before writing a single automation workflow saves so much rework later. Most service businesses lose hours simply trying to locate status updates across multiple team members. I track the build phases using notes and project cards in Floment AI while coordinating team questions in Discord so the core delivery steps stay clear.
Looking for my GoHighLevel hero
Hey, I’m new here 👋 I run a lead-gen agency and spend half my life fighting with GoHighLevel, so I’m hoping there’s a clever man in here who can rescue me next time it misbehaves 😂

Spending half your life fighting with complicated software systems drains all the fun out of building an agency. That is why we stopped juggling fragmented setups and paired Google Drive with Floment for our daily workflow. Having dedicated project cards and built in community spaces makes collaboration so much smoother. Flowie even helps us track daily progress updates right where everyone builds together.
