Wow these 3 days have been very impactful and powerful. I've been in a coaching program for 5 years and I see there's so much more to learn...actually I realize it's time to go deeper. I love your teaching style Dr Sonja. A little intimidating but straight forward...just enough to get me out of my comfort zone. That you for your commitment to teach, coach, guide and share your wisdom. Now it's time for me to do the work! But before I post, I wasn't clear on the homework for today (day 3). You know something I never really thought about was having to go back and update all my stuff! Like I never really thought about it! Then I was on yet another webinar learning about how to grow & obtain leads. And the host said something that just struck a cord in me when he said the reason why your struggling to get gigs & leads is because all of your social media is outdated!! And I know I heard this before, but for some reason when he said it, it was like someone just slapped me in the FACE! Like REALLY! I was like come on GOD don't do me like that, LOL. But I have been told and I have heard many times all the greats in the world of speaking say that before decision makers even bother to look at your speaking application or resume they first search your social media! And I can't help but think like dang, all the speaking events I've applied for or reached out too and did't get, was probably because my social media looks like something straight outta the 90s! Is anyone else struggling with this? Like who else social media needs an update? And what are you doing about it? Just curious, let me know in the comments! As for me, message well received and I am now going through the rigorous tedious process of updating all my social media channels! Even here in this group, I have updated my profile and yes this is a current picture of me from this year, 2026 😄 .

There were several take aways, Dr Sonja but when you said "my prices should deter those who are not my customers...that was a mic drop for me. I've been challenged with my pricing. And the 3 levels of the Ladder offer, honestly shook me to the bones, especially when you got to Level 3 Proximaty. But what helped me was when you drew the line...left side for my investments in myself, my years of experience, my hard work, not to mention hours and hours of school, learning at conferences and workshops, purchasing software and equipment...etc Wow!!! mic drop! Thank you!
