Ω The Last Letter ॐ The First Sound 🇬🇧🇺🇸 Ω (Omega) = last letter Greek alphabet ॐ (Om) = first sound of universe Different symbols. Same truth. The end is the beginning. Omega: invented Phoenicians 800 BC. Greeks made it sacred. Om: chanted India 3000+ years. Yogis made it medicine. Spartans knew Omega. Not as philosophers. As warriors. Leonidas at Thermopylae: "Molon labe" (Come take them). That's Omega energy. Standing at the end. Ready to begin again. Greek: Ω = completion Sanskrit: ॐ = cosmic vibration Both mean: you are complete already Spartans meditated before battle. Not sitting. Standing. Eyes open. Breath steady. Ready to die. Ready to live. That's warrior mindfulness. Omega: This might be your last breath. Make it count. Om: You are the universe breathing itself. Relax. Medical effects proven: - Chanting Om reduces cortisol (stress) - Lowers blood pressure - Activates vagus nerve (calm) - Synchronizes brain hemispheres Spartans didn't know science. They knew the feeling. The moon is almost dark. 18% light. Ending one cycle. Beginning another. We meditate to be free. Free to stand at the end without fear. Free to begin again without hesitation. Ω = Om = Complete. 🇪🇸🌎 Ω (Omega) = última letra alfabeto griego ॐ (Om) = primer sonido universo Símbolos diferentes. Misma verdad. El final es el principio. Omega: inventado fenicios 800 AC. Griegos lo sacralizaron. Om: cantado India hace 3000+ años. Yogis lo convirtieron en medicina. Espartanos conocían Omega. No como filósofos. Como guerreros. Leónidas en Termópilas: "Molon labe" (Ven a tomarlas). Esa es energía Omega. Parado en el final. Listo para empezar de nuevo. Griego: Ω = completitud Sánscrito: ॐ = vibración cósmica Ambos significan: ya estás completo Espartanos meditaban antes batalla. No sentados. De pie. Ojos abiertos. Respiración estable. Listos para morir. Listos para vivir. Eso es mindfulness guerrero. Omega: Este puede ser tu último aliento. Hazlo valer. Om: Eres el universo respirándose. Relájate.

@Nigel Walker thank you Nigel for showing up. Oss! ⚔️
Returning to consistent Meditation Practice
Lately I've let the responsibilities of the world take over my time, energy attention. Everything from my current Hybrid Athlete Journey to now trying to build a business and looking for work again now that I am unemployed... has caused me to put meditation to the side lately. As a result, I have noticed I feel less connected to my higher self and am way more reactive and irritable. Now i'm making a conscious effort to sit and meditate once before I start work, and once I finish work as signals that start and end my work day... Another benefit I think could be that its a symbol that the work day is done and I don't have to carry these thoughts and problems into the night before bed. Has anyone else faced phases in their life where meditation took the back seat and then found a way to return to practice?

Enjoy Yourself 🧿 Disfruta 🇬🇧🇺🇸 What makes Sunday holy? Not the church. Not the meditation cushion. Not skipping breakfast to be "spiritual." The shave. The coffee. The laughter. Eat. Pray. Love. In that order. Go to church if you want. Or don't. But enjoy yourself. That's the prayer. Sanskrit: Ananda = bliss in the ordinary Arabic: متعة (mut'a) = enjoyment as worship Catalan: Gaudeix = enjoy, take pleasure Zorba knew: Spirituality without pleasure is just suffering with better PR. Your body is the temple. Feed it. Clean it. Move it. Rest it. That morning shave? Sacred. That strong coffee? Prayer. That Sunday walk? Meditation. We meditate to be free. Free to enjoy being alive. Holy Sunday = enjoying yourself without guilt. Eat. Pray. Love. Repeat. 🇪🇸🌎 ¿Qué hace santo el domingo? No la iglesia. No el cojín de meditación. No saltarte el desayuno para ser "espiritual." El afeitado. El café. La risa. Come. Reza. Ama. En ese orden. Ve a la iglesia si quieres. O no. Pero disfruta. Sagrado. ¿Ese café fuerte? Oración. ¿Ese paseo dominical? Meditación. Meditamos para ser libres. Libres para disfrutar estar vivos. Domingo santo = disfrutar sin culpa. Come. Reza. Ama. Repite. 🌘 Holy Sunday - Dec 15, 2025 Domingo Santo - 15 Dic 2025 🦉 Imperfect wisdom, proudly Meditación imperfecta, Ωrgullosamente We meditate to be free. 🐻‍❄️🐼🐨🐻 How are you enjoying yourself today? 👇 ¿Cómo te estás disfrutando hoy? 👇
