This is so frustrating! I have been working on my business for the last 6 months by only seriously for the last 2 months. In these two months I've been trialing what has worked and what hasn't. Ive signed two clients in these two months who I have been working for free. In the last few weeks I haven't been getting any results for the clients, so in the last week I've been trying extra hard o get in bookins. For one of my clients I've gotten them 6 bookings in the next month. Now when I called them on the phone they seem excited and happy to book. I get them schdeuled in. A day before the appointment I remind them about there appointment the next day and to confirm that they will show up. So far every booking has asked to cancel there appointment as they dont want to come. Ive reitterated the offer multiple times to them, I ask them why they cancelling but to no response. My client has asked me for them to pay deposits but they all don't want to pay deposits at all saying they will definitely show up. But now they just don't show up. My clients are just about to give up. What should I do?

Hi everyone, I've recently encountered a problem which I desperately need help fixing, which is converting leads from facebook. Getting leads for my client isn't a problem I've generated unbelievable results but the problem is I cannot convert a single one of them into a customer for my client. I've tried using gohighlevel but there currently is a problem which they are trying to fix which is connecting a phone number to send messages with. But the problem with sending automated messages is that the leads don't respond to the messages at all. They either don't respond or they respond with something entirely different from what I asked, and as they go through the reciepe it gets them completely confused. I've tried calling each lead but they always come up with an excuse, where they accidentally submitted a lead form, or they are currently busy, or they aren't interested. Again I've tried messaging the lead individually but they don't respond. Currently I've connected the calender to the facebook but no bookings have been made. I'm currently in the cosemtic tattoing niche, and any response is appreciated, thank you.
