Distance Management!
Hey, Atiko bro can you plz make video on in & out movement and distance management seperatly.. i am 5.7 and i am looking forward to canelo style mexican counterpunching do you have any suggessions for me...i am just starting out late 17 year old...

@G Abbas Derante Haha, thanks. I was always fascinated by boxing and regret never starting sooner. My knees donโt thank me now of course, and I donโt have the same flex or โwhipโ in my hips as when I was younger, and obvs Iโll never be able to compete, but it is never too late to try something new. If nothing else Iโm learning a new skill and staying fit at the same time. Also helps ofc that Atiko is a great trainer :)

I will make one bigger video with all of your guys clips in so you can pick up tips from what Iโm telling others as I know youโll all benefit from seeing other peoples mistakes and how to correct them. For those who are new..
Click on the Classroom tab to watch the tutorials. As of right now youโll see a tab called โThe Basicsโ Go through and watch all 4 of the videos under that tab before moving onto anything else in the near future. ๐๐ผ
