I started rucking with two pound dumbells in my backpack. Then got a 25 pound plate that fits in the laptop sleeve. But is there a better way to carry the plate? The day after I ruck, my lower back kinda hurts. Not sure if I am doing this right.
The GORUCK Plate carrier 3.0 is one of the best, "minimalist" rucking tools I've come across. We wrote a review of it and it scored extremely high. I wore it during Murph this year and had my best vested/weighted time ever.
