Lots of deal flow coming through

I’ve been talking to a bunch of realtors recently, and I’m finding that they have no clue about what we offer. Fix & flip, dscr, bridge loans….its like I’m speaking a foreign language. I spoke at a lunch and learn for a local agency and they were baffled. I guess it’s good that I’m teaching them about new products…but just very surprising. Is that just my area or does anyone else see that as well??

Peace, love, and blessings. Follow the leader. After speaking with a couple of group members, it gave me a moment to reflect and ask an important question: Who am I really listening to? I closed my first deal today. With my 2nd due to close this week(same client). Im very proud of myself, because this is a difficult client, but I maintained my professionalism throughout the process. Now I haven't received my wire yet, because the Title Co. missed a signature 😫😫Nevertheless a win is a win!!!

Happy New Year. There was a lot to share from December however I won’t bore you with that. What I will say, I am on a shark and whale hunt. The largest loan request is $40m and the smallest is $60K. LinkedIn is a beast. Of course being a LO at private direct lender firm doesn’t hurt. The mix of investors and brokers increases my lead flow and deal flow to beef up my cash flow and ultimately equity flow.
