In the meantime…
Here is a 2 1/2 hour live session that I had with the guys last week. Talking about proper push technique. Feel free to soak some of this up while I’m getting those modules ready! https://www.youtube.com/live/iK0ES7Pph-4?si=5Q_6MzQJ9-LjomA8

Thanks I'm excited to check this out.
How to get started
How would one go about starting to get reps in without starting the dent wrong or building bad habits with zero experience in pdr. Any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance

@Sebastien Mailhot thanks. I been trying to be patient and not really start until I have a better idea of how exactly to start a dent. I'm dying to just start pushing. I'm also waiting my light to arrive so I want to be ready for the second it arrives.

I have seen it done many times by a mobile tech that use to come to the dealership I work at. So I have an idea from seeing it happen from a distance. He was very secretive about sharing any info.
LET THERE BE LIGHT! šŸ’”
The first lesson is officially up: Lesson 1: Light Selection, Setup, and Spectrum This lesson lays the foundation for everything that follows — how to choose your light, how to set it up, and how spectrum (warm vs cool) affects what your eyes are actually seeing. If you haven’t checked it out yet, go watch it now and start building your vision before you ever touch metal. More to come as we continue to build this module deeper and deeper. I can't get it to unlock so maybe commenting is the trick.
FIRST LIVE…
Just wrapped up our first live ever, and man… mixed emotions in the best way possible. I’m drained—in a good way—because I truly feel like I left it all on the court. I was nervous, had a quick camera hiccup, and for a moment I thought, ā€œwelp… here we go.ā€ šŸ˜… But honestly? Nobody cared. Everyone was locked in. Engaged. Present. What surprised me the most was how it didn’t feel like ā€œviewers.ā€ It felt like friends. No—family. Thank you to every single one of you who showed up, gave me your full attention, and supported me through my very first live. I apologize if I didn’t get to every question or if I wasn’t perfect as a host—but I promise you this: my heart is fully in this, and the future is looking really good. I’m genuinely excited and grateful to be a small part of each of your journeys. I’m going to take a moment to debrief, regroup, and come back even stronger—continuing to work hard, grow, and serve this community the right way. Much love. I’ll talk to y’all soon. Now WORK HARD and GO BE GREAT! šŸ‡ŗšŸ‡øšŸ«”šŸ¤œšŸ¤›šŸ˜ŽšŸ¤™ — Dean

Thank you Dean for your passion for PDR that convinced me to jump in. I was looking into learning PDR and came across your platform and that's when I knew it was time for me to just do it. Thanks again and be prepared for many questions being I'm brand new to it.
Lights
What lights do you suggest I buy. I want to start off with the best lighting you recommend
