Hey everyone, i am Tobi from Germany. I'm excited to join this group! I've been vegan for several years and have been working out daily for the past two years. I'm 188 cm (6'2") tall, weigh 94 kg (207 lbs), and currently have 17% body fat. Over the last two months, I cut down from 104 kg (229 lbs) without losing muscle, even on a strict diet. I train exclusively at home and don't plan to join a gym. However, I'm looking to reduce my reliance on protein powders. I'm hoping to get ideas from the group on incorporating more whole, unprocessed foods into my diet to meet my protein needs. I also believe I have some valuable tips to share based on my experience. Looking forward to connecting with you all!
