Does 30 days to $30k/mo in commissions send the BS alarm off?
We're trying to plan an auction for a sales coach. The basic gist of how itll go down: 1.We attract people already doing 10k/mo 2. -they do a 3 day in person intensive where they learn the system he teaches all of his 1-1 clients that pay him $15k/mo for coaching that he helps get to $100k/mo+ in commissions -They get 6 mo of private Slack support with him AND his mentor 3. The first month of support will be highly structured. This is so they can master his system they learned in the 1-1. Think daily exercises and tests on chunks of his system. 4. Presuming they completed each step of the above, they will have a deep understanding of the system 5. Coach will then leverage his personal network to get the closer placed on a high quality offer where closers are ACTUALLY making $30k/mo. 6. Month 2 & 3 of Slack support spent making sure they're ramped up and hit that sweet $30k mark. month 4-6 of Support for whatever else they need. This guy's audience know he's one of the GOATs of the remote sales space. No one is going to be skeptical that he can get them on an A+ grade offer in a day. Everyone who follows this guy knows what his capabilities are as a sales coach. so there's not going to be any skepticism around whether or not he can get them to a 30k/mo skillset. Im just wondering if promising 30k/mo in 30 days is promising too much? The idea here is to give them the knowledge of a 30kmo closer and put them in an ecosystem where they can bag 30kmo. Would love to hear your thoughts.
