SSL certificate expiration issue
hello there. I'm having issues regarding the SSL certificate of my website, and the dudes on Bluehost support team told me this is because the certificate on my website is just for the Basic plan, and therefore it expires every two or three months and if I buy the costly versions the problem will be solved. I said no thank you, I'll stick with the free one, and they told me to wait for a few days for the remedies they applied on the SSL certificate to work. Well, this is taking forever so much so that as of today I still cannot reach my website. I feel they make this on purpose, as a way to sell me their products. Which I think is perfectly fine as long as they don't stall me. Have anything like this ever happened to any of you? RSVP (respond s'ill vous plait)

@Eduardo Alcala That sounds really frustrating especially when your site is completely inaccessible. Just to understand better, are you using Bluehost’s free SSL or a third-party one like Let’s Encrypt? And is your site showing a specific SSL error message in the browser? That info can help figure out whether it’s a delay issue or something that needs manual fixing?

@Eduardo Alcala Thank you for the update that helps clarify the situation. Could you please let me know what exact SSL error message you’re seeing in the browser? This will help me better understand why the certificate is still stuck “in progress.” Also, just out of curiosity, have you ever heard about or worked with digital marketing before?
Kadence says error in importing starter template
Hello, I've been playing with several free starter templates and now I know which one i would like to use, but it does not let me import. I came back to my site after a while. i've updated the plugins. I don't know what else to do. Does anybody have a similar problem? Thanks.

@Carolina Lapointe Sorry you’re experiencing that it can definitely be frustrating. A few things could cause this issue. Just to understand better, are you seeing any specific error message when you try to import the starter template? And are you using the free version or Kadence Pro? That information will help narrow down the solution?
