Chat Closer DM review
Had them review a DM conversation and this was the review - I love where it pulled out where I missed the frame, however I am not a fan of "on a scale of 1-10 where are you at".. that always throws me off personally especially with the work I do. It didnt quite understand my dry humor gif and text that was sent outโ€ฆbut all good. I use it as a pattern interupt. (for me a soft bump, can tend to be easily ignored, but I guess it just depends on the person) I liked where is showed me where I missed a client proof. (it's always interesting where you drop the ball without realizing) Obiviously I should of just dropped a zoom link but I was thinking regarding the VSL for case studies and wanting them to watch that but I guess the truth is not everyone is going to watch those- I think it is just going to take me a little getting used to and how I can better utilize for my work flow. Stage Identification You made it all the way through Assess โ†’ Frame โ†’ Invite and got a verbal yes to book. Solid work. You're now in the Post-Invite Follow-Up stage โ€” specifically, you're chasing a booking that never landed. --- Flow Diagnostics Here's what went well and what needs tightening: What went well: Your opener was a clean binary "this or that" โ€” textbook ECAFIโ„ข Engage You transitioned into Assess naturally and uncovered real pain (over-internalizing, worry, drinking to cope) You got the Aโ€“B Gap: he knows he's the problem, wants less stress, more freedom The invite was smooth โ€” offered value either way ("free resource") Where momentum was lost: The "Are you mute for the holidays" message โ€” risky. Could've felt pushy. He didn't respond to your opener, so a softer bump would've landed better. You stayed little long without a strong Frame. You gave one light reframe ("it's just a patternโ€ฆ nervous system dysregulated") but never dropped a client story or proof. No authority anchor before the invite. When he said "I would be open to that" โ€” that was your golden moment. Instead of dropping the link immediately, you should've done a commitment test first.

@Dan Harrison not that one just yet but dropped 2 more links in the past 15 mins. I was also able to have it give me realtime feedback where I was stuck on what to say next. Which I really liked.

@Greg Chambers thanks for your that tip. I was wondering on how to export all of that.
Every time you type "just circling back" a deal dies somewhere. Probably yours.
I know because I used to send that message like it was my job. Somebody would hit me up, we'd have a great conversation, they'd say something like "this sounds amazing" and then just... vanish. So I'd wait three days. Maybe four. Trying not to look desperate. ๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿผ And then I'd send it... "Hey! Just circling back on this." Which is basically the professional version of "please love me." They never responded. ๐Ÿ‘ป Obviously. And I'd sit there thinking something was wrong with my offer. Or my price. Or the market. Or Mercury was in retrograde. Whatever story I needed to tell myself so I didn't have to admit the real problem. I didn't know what to say. Like the actual words. Between "great chatting with you" and "here's how we work together" there's this 2-3 message gap where the whole deal is won or lost. And I was just... improvising. Badly. You know what I was doing? I was either pitching too early like some guy who proposes on the first date. Or I was going completely passive and hoping they'd bring up buying on their own. Which is like hoping your dog will start cooking dinner. It could happen. It won't. But it could. Then I started learning from the people who were actually closing in DMs. Like Taki Moore, Dan Martell, Brian Mark, Scott Oldford ... They had a rhythm. They knew when to ask the next question. When to shut up. When to let the silence get uncomfortable. And when to make the invitation so it felt like the most obvious next step in the world. It's a skill. And it's learnable. But nowadays nobody wants to learn another skill. Nobody wants to take another course. But how cool would it be if you just had an expert who spoke in your language sitting next to you going "no don't say that. Say THIS." Yeah... so that's what I built. It's an AI Chat Closer Coach to get you more booked appointments or deals closed from the dms. And before you roll your eyes... this isn't some generic bot that spits out canned responses. This thing is trained of frameworks I have used to generate more than a million dollars of deals without zoom calls.

I gave it an example of a talking head reel and it created 6 spin offs along with captions for the week.
