Creative finance
Does anyone have experience with owner finance, I’m close but not sure of my next steps. Possible KY deal

@Travis G I made my seller finance offer, it was countered but we’re at a stalemate on how much monthly payment goes along with terms. Seller wants shorter years with balloon I want like 10 years balloon. I don’t have buyers I was just practicing on Zillow with agent. the seller was motivated 50+ days on market. I never pitched creative but I thought why not try.
