$36k Skool auction... want the behind-the-scenes? 👀
Tony and I put a done-for-you Skool community up for auction. $1 minimum bid. NO reserve. The top bid came in at $18k. That surprised the HELL out of us lol. When the dust settled...we pulled in $36k in about 24 hours.🔥 BUT... A lot went into dialing that offer in BEFORE bidding opened... We offered the winner a community built FOR them, their niche picked WITH them, their first 60 days of content done, and both of us wingmanning them for 12 FULL months. Then we stacked in some KILLER bonuses. Each one had a job... HINT: Give the owner more ways to earn. And we worked on how to make people WANT that whole package before the auction started. That’s what Tony and I would love to pull apart with you on Zoom... 👉 How to position your offer around something people already want. 👉 How to pick bonuses that make the whole offer stronger. 👉 How to PRE-SELL it so people show up already interested in bidding. Bring your questions about your own auction or a partner’s. We can talk through the thinking behind ours and what could fit yours. 🔥 Want a Zoom AMA with @Tony Teegarden and me to help dial YOUR offer in before the first bid goes up? 👇 If we get at least 50 votes we'll put it on for ya 👇

Recurring $ Without Building Squat?
Travis ran two polls this week. 67 of us raised a hand. 18 want to broker for recurring royalties. And 16 said they're on Team Bank and handful said Team Build! So we've got MOST peeps ready to SELL AI. Problem is... WHO to sell it to. There's a way almost NOBODY'S using. Want me to lay it out? Lemme know in the comments. Hell yeah or nay 👇

Lay it out @Jay Beckham
The AI Royalty Machine
I didn't expect 50+ of you to raise your hand on those polls. I figured maybe 15? So either I'm terrible at predicting things... (Confirmed. Ask me about my track record for March Madness!) OR... EZ A.I. Income is something that people actually want. Here's what we're putting together... A small group. We all build an AI tool TOGETHER. We find partners TOGETHER. We launch TOGETHER. Not a course. Not a replay library. Not a "community" where everyone reads and nobody does anything. (This WILL be a "get your rear in gear" party where we get things DONE!) This is a BUILD TOGETHER situation. Show up. Build something. Ship it. See what happens. I'm locking down the details this week. If you raised your hand already — you're on the list. If you missed it and want in... Drop your favorite meme below before I stop paying attention. 😂

How AI Helps Me Write Posts People Actually Want to Read
Got a bunch of messages about the writing style in my prohibition posts earlier this year. Specifically this one People loved the conversational, punchy approach. The short paragraphs that keep you reading. The stories that actually make sense. Time to come clean about something... AI helps me write a lot of this stuff. Not in the way you might think. It's not writing FOR me. It's helping me get better at expressing what's already in my head. Here's how it actually works: I'll have an idea or story I want to share. Like the prohibition speakeasy concept for traffic. But when I sit down to write, it comes out clunky. Too corporate. Too boring. So I work with AI to refine it. Back and forth until it sounds like me having a conversation with you. Not like some marketing robot trying to sell you something. The AI helps me: - Break up long paragraphs into digestible chunks - Find better ways to explain complex ideas - Create hooks that actually grab attention - Keep the flow moving so people don't get bored It's like having a writing coach who never gets tired of helping me improve. What it doesn't do: - Come up with my ideas or stories - Make up fake case studies or results - Change what I'm trying to say It just helps me say it better. More clearly. More engagingly. More like how I'd actually talk to you. The prohibition posts? That analogy came from me. The case studies? All real examples from our community. The conversational tone? That's my voice, just refined. AI just helped me put it together in a way that doesn't suck. Honestly, it's made me a way better communicator. And it's helping me create content people actually want to read. Would anyone be interested in seeing a real world example of what this looks like? I could record a Loom for ya. -Jeff P.S. The best part is I'm learning from the process. The more I work with AI to refine my writing, the better I get at doing it myself.
