Day 10, Bolt is 11. My why is "I am doing the breathwork every day to learn a lifelong skill to enable me to better regulate my emotions, benefitting myself and all those around me"
The BOLT Board
This is home base for your scoreboard. Your BOLT score is how we prove the practice is working, not a vibe, a number. New here? Watch the BOLT video in the Classroom, take your score, and drop your Day 1 number below. (Under 10s = Tier A, 10–20s = Tier B, 20s+ = Tier C. A low number is just your starting line, that's the whole point.) How to post: keep it simple. Just your day and your number: Example: Day 1 — 13s … then later … Day 7 — 16s We retest on Days 7, 14, 21 and 30. Come back here each time and add your new number to your own thread so you can watch the line climb. Screenshot it for yourself too. One rule, same as always: we post the number, not the performance. No flexing, no apologising for a "low" score. Every number here is someone's nervous system changing in real time. Respect the whole board. Drop your Day 1 below 👇

I'm Tim, live in Belair South Australia. Married to my beautiful wife Kate and 3 awesome children who are now young adults. I have no idea what my role here on earth is. I thought I knew it, and then a few months ago something shifted and I'm pretty confused at the moment on what is going on. It can be exhausting and I know breath work can help me remain calm and enjoy the exploration the next phase of my life will bring in the coming months. I've been exposed to breathwork before but this is so much better, so much more structured. I know I'm in the right place :)
Your most likely excuse
My most likely excuse: [number + one line] My plan when it shows up: [one line]

My most likely excuse: Number 4 that I won't feel like it's doing anything. My plan when it shows up: Remind myself that small increments of improvements can't be measured, look forward to the measurements after 10, 20, 30 days. Those are the ones that count.
