I’m feeling like I am winning the night time snack challenge! I have often lost the “I’m really pored, so I think I’ll have a snack” after 8pm battle. I have been winning of late and my mind feels great about that and the scale is showing good results in the morning too!
Tuesday Tip
Every hour you are awake, do 10 squats. Set a timer for each hour and do 10 squats. Don't say you're too busy or don't have time. You have 15-30 seconds every hour. And you deserve to move your body. By the end of the day, you could have done over 100 squats and hardly losing any time. Exercise and movement matters. YOU matter. Your joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, your BONES, matter. Movement is medicine. So, take advantage of it! Who is going to move your body for you if you don't? No one. Give yourself the love you DESERVE. Especially before your health decides for you and you can't move as well.

Thursday Thoughts
I’ve been thinking a lot about “loss” lately… Not every room you’re left out of is a “loss” Not every challenge you don’t complete is a “loss” Not every project that goes unfinished is a “loss” Not every bad day you have is a “loss” Not every harsh lesson is a “loss” Not everyone who leaves your life is a “loss” Something I have tried to consider is when these things above happen, is that 1) the “loss” might not be mine (it may very well be the other person’s or group’s loss) and also 2) what a GIFT “loss” can be… without it, I don’t know that I would truly know what is important to me. So what is a “loss” that you’ve encountered that you might be able to see through a different lens?

My dad always said learn from your mistakes and I think that can apply to loss as well. Those who stay will be champions. Loss can be a great learning experience. :)
Wellness Wins-day!
Happy middle of the week, team :D Who has a win they’d like to share from the week?? I successfully rode my first train in Italy and was able to understand some new words in Italian 🙌 Remember, your wins don’t have to be mountains, most of the times our mountains are climbed one little win at a time (so be sure to highlight the little wins, too)!
