WEATHER 🥶🥵
I’m just curious… how much does the weather influence your decision to train? So here are some easy tips for weather excuses… In winter, if possible, get dressed in your training clothes when you stand up in the morning and just layer over it. Just that thought of changing clothes when it is cold can easily cancel your training. Summer, if it is really hot - like heatwave hot - make sure that you prepared ice water for yourself for when you train. Air con not working in the gym… suck it up and enjoy the sweat. 🥵🤣

Food noise
This is so descriptive because this is exactly what I experience. Some days the food noise in my head becomes so load that it exhausts me. Where I get tired of fighting myself to say no for sugar. Unfortunately sugar is as addictive as cocaine and that is why it is so hard not have sugar. That is why a balanced diet is so important. The more balanced we eat, the more cravings will go away. Without enough healthy fats and protein, you will crave sugar. Tell me what is your craving….

Scale 😱🫢🤫🤥🤐😵‍💫🥴
Why is it not good to weigh yourself regularly? Here is the thing… Your weight on the scale does not tell you a lot. Your weight can go up and down without your body fat going up and down. There is a couple of other reasons for your weight to move: muscle, water, hormones, just to name a few. Although most of us know this, it is almost impossible to believe that it is not your body fat going up or down when you get on the scale and see the number. Our first reaction is always I gained fat or I lost fat. Not to talk about how the scale influence our mood and self-esteem. The best way of measuring your body is with callipers and cm’s. It is important that it’s the same person that does your measurements for accuracy. Preferably a person who has done body assessments more than 100 times. Throw away your scale and appreciate your body 😉

This is very difficult. I can be very impatient. So if I had a very clean day, did everything right, had my water, had my veggies, had my protein, I want to see the results tomorrow. 🫠 It is very hard to consistently do the right thing without knowing if it's yielding results. 🤔
