If I came up to you and asked, “what is your biggest fitness challenge” Which one or ones would you choose? 1. Staying consistent 2. Lack of knowledge 3. Getting started 4. Afraid of getting hurt 5. No motivation or lack of energy 6. Embarrassed you’ll look stupid What ever your challenge or challenges may be, wether that’s one thing or many things, there’s always someone who’s gone through most, if not all of those challenges typo You’re not alone! We are all part of life’s challenges. That’s why I created this platform so if you’re struggling about anything, you had somewhere to go ask questions or just share your story with I’m tired of feeling alone! So, I built a community.
