Weight and muscle gain
My progress in cali is very satisfactory. But i want to gain more mass I would be so grateful if i got some advice related to diets following weight gains. .And if it would be better if i started going to the gym to combine weightlifting and calisthenics.

@Tasin Yeas yo legend, what worked best for me is combining calisthenics, weighted calisthenics and normal gym 💪
Help from everyone
Hey everyone! I’m looking to improve my strength and overall calisthenics training. I’d really appreciate advice from those who have been training for a while—especially on exercises, progression, and how to structure my workouts. If you’re willing to share some tips or guide me, feel free to reach me on WhatsApp: [. +1(769) 368-1626. ]. I started seeing progress once I actually structured my workouts and increased intensity every week. Before I was doing random exercises without any plan

Full planche guide
For people who are actually advanced at planche / have coached it seriously: what programming principles made the biggest difference for you beyond just doing progressions? I’m especially interested in the volume × intensity × frequency relationship, fatigue management, neural adaptation, specificity, and how you structure progression over months. For example, how do you decide how many hard planche sets/quality seconds to do per week, how often to train near-max intensity, and whether high-frequency submaximal work is actually useful? I haven’t started training planche specifically yet, but I’m about to. I’m mainly interested in understanding the programming side properly from the start rather than just copying exercises/progressions.
