One Saturday, any age, you choose 😄
If I could spend one Saturday at any age it would absolutely be 25 😄 That was the age I felt unstoppable. I had just had my first baby, we had our own house, we'd been married five years, and I was old enough for the older adults to take me seriously but still young enough to hang out with the younger ones. 😉Vote in the poll to pick your age, 👉then tell me in the comments why you chose it and what you'd do with your Saturday. Enjoy your day 🌷

Nah... at my younger age me made her guardian angel sweat bullets ... i was a bit of a wild child in my 20s and still stressed about everything and anything way into my mid 30s. I only found my calm and confidence in my late 30s when I made the conscious decision to stop waiting for my external world to make me feel balanced in life again.
@Lindi Harmse for sure
Nobody feels ready before the first push🤗🚲
Think back to learning to ride a bike, every stage built a little more confidence, and then somebody held the seat and gave you a little push. I think it’s the same for us now. 👉🚲Watch the video, vote in the poll, and then tell me in the comments, what’s your bike? 👉🤗Are you ready for the first push?

Growth looks like nothing until you look back 🧡
Happy Sunday everyone, wherever you are in the world. A new week is about to start for all of us. A tree adds a new ring every year, and nobody ever sees it happen. You can walk past the same tree every day and think nothing is changing, but if you could look inside, there it is, a whole year of quiet growing in every ring. Our rings work the same way, we add one every time we show up for ourselves, and every time we learn something and actually use it, daily and weekly. Showing up takes courage, and taking part is where the rings really start to show, they grow fastest when we do this together, even a few words in a comment, a vote or a gif counts. Thank you for all the great questions and conversations this week, I've loved every one, and you've made this circle such a lovely place to be. So step forward knowing you are adding another ring, and let me know in the poll how you're showing up. 👉Are you ready for a new week of growing your rings? 👉Reply in the comments with a yes or no. Lindi 🧡

@Lindi Harmse linWhat a beautiful analogy. I love it. I choose option 1 because its boing to be a busy week this week legal audits at work this week and at the same time i'm brainstorming ways to creat my own podcast in the future ... so lots to focus on in stepping into my new identity😀
@Lindi Harmse thank you so much.... 🙏 audit went well. Podcast ring still forming though 😅
We just passed 100 and I am sitting here so grateful 🧡
Sunday morning in Johannesburg, coffee in hand, and I keep going back to look at the member count. 102. Our founding members walked in first and made this room warm before any of us knew what it would become, and in the last five weeks thirty six more of you have found your way in. Thank you, genuinely. I also want to say, I'm learning and growing right alongside you in here. Every hello, every bit of your story you share, and every time you take part, teaches me something about this season of life and about the woman I'm becoming too. I didn't expect that when I opened this circle, and I'm so grateful for it, and I'm really looking forward to the journey ahead with you. So before Monday begins, let's welcome our newest faces 🧡 @Mandy Burrows @Kin Mansus @Roslyn Sharp @Fanny Corzo @Jewels Sherriff @Olga Gjokmarkovic @Odessa Glover @Tamzin Brogan @Cheri Baumann Roberts @Tammy Anderson @Tina R @Cecilia Payne @Pati Pakulis @Petra Treitz @Kyra Williams @Tams Schutte @Petra Rossi @Erin Floin @Jill Annables @Kim Bazemore @Shelomech Pinnock @Laila Moldenhauer @Candace Brown @Monica Sherese @Effie Touris @Lisa Martin @Kimberly Coccomo @Maribel Albino @Zenobia Lott @Janet Deacon @Hayley Rice @Agnieszka Tenteroba @Melody Little @Wilma Ross @Julie Parker @Maree Hall

The Loop Nobody Told You About 🌿
Midweek check in, and I want to slow down on why this anchor thing actually works, because it's not just a nice little exercise. Your body needs something real to hold onto, not just an idea. When things get overwhelming, your mind can tell you to calm down all day long and it won't do much, because calm isn't a thought, it's a body state. An anchor works because it's physical, a texture, a scent, a sound, something you can actually notice right now. Your body picks up on that and your nervous system responds to it directly, you don't have to think your way there. That's the loop we talked about on Monday. Your brain and body are constantly feeding back into each other, what your body senses shapes how you feel, and how you feel shapes your body right back. One small sensory cue can shift that whole loop. And here's why you choose your anchor ahead of time, not in the moment. In the middle of a hard moment, you don't have the capacity to figure out what might help, you're already stretched thin. But if you've already decided it's a certain candle, or a song, or a smooth stone in your pocket, it's just there, ready to reach for the second things start to feel like too much. 👇🌿 Tell me in the comments, have you picked your anchor yet, and if you've tried it, what did your body notice first? 📊 Which sense did you choose for yours?
