Purpose Flow Relief Balm (kinda like a song) | Part 2
Full Transparency... I’ve never done anything like this before. No musical background. No vocal training. (and no one has ever told me that I'm a good singer, btw.) No experience making “songs” either. And real talk… I’m feeling pretty, pretty good about it. 😅 (best Larry David voice) There’s something deeply freeing about creating something that feels true to you… even while knowing it won’t resonate with everyone. That’s actually part of why this feels so meaningful to me right now. Not because Purpose Relief Balm is “perfect.” Not because I suddenly became a singer overnight. (My singing voice is definitely still a work in progress 😂) But because this felt real. Alive. Natural. And for the first time in a long time, I created something without needing external approval to justify it. I simply let Source Creation flow through me. And afterward I caught myself thinking: “Yep… I did that.” Then came the soul correction: “Yes… WE did that.” That feeling alone makes me want to keep creating more. When you have fear about the future.
When thoughts or experiences leave you afraid about the future, you MUST know how to respond. Otherwise, if you keep the fear alive by ruminating on negative thoughts, you increase the chances of attracting bad things into your life. That's why problems often occur one after another. A problem happens, you feel negative, and your state of being lowers. From that lower state of being, you begin to resonate with more negative things. You feel bad, think badly, and therefore you take more wrong actions, eventually leading to more unfavorable circumstances. The more we focus on fear, worry, and negative thoughts about the future, the more likely we are to attract the very thing we're trying to avoid. Then we say, "I KNEW IT, I knew that was going to happen," not realizing that we were co-creating that experience by focusing on it. But this doesn't have to be. You can avoid negative circumstances by learning to handle fearful thoughts when they arise. This is what I've just helped our friends in the Monkey Mind Masters Community learn how to do. Yay Rey! @I Am Rey Just Being in the here and now Being the Awareness that is watching the thoughts, emotions, reactions, and actions that create the current frame of the movie we are co-creating, starring in and observing. Now-Being here and now Prioritizing: Presence Awareness Radically embracing what is And then... Intentionally directing attention to what I want, as opposed to what I am scared of. Where our consciousness attention goes, energy flows. What matters most becomes matter. Blah, blah, blah For me, shifting to a "safe orbit" of observing awareness creates space for me to align and redirect attention towards my target slide (preferred experience). Sometimes we spend so much of our attention on trying to avoid what we don't want that we lose sight of what we DO want. All that to say, @I Am Rey is right on the money. And so are the rest of us when we allow our source-coded soul to do the talking instead of our conditioned mind grooves.

Dear loved ones, I am currently in the process of writing a book, and only recently I shared the first chapter publicly for the very first time. I would love to share this beginning with you as well. May it meet you where you are, and may it speak to whatever is alive in you right now. Wishing you a gentle and meaningful reading experience. +++++++++++++++++++ On the Shore of the Lake The lake lies calm and clear before Max. No wind ripples the surface—only the gentle light of the late afternoon makes it shimmer in quiet shades. He sits on a flat rock at the shore, his feet dangling just above the water. From time to time, small waves roll in from the open body of the lake and touch the stone with a soft, rhythmic sound—like the heartbeat of nature. Max is now in his forties. The years have not hardened him, but deepened him—and his awareness of the Rainbowland has grown like an inner garden. The breeze carries the scent of pine trees and damp earth toward him. For a moment, he closes his eyes—and listens. As he gazes into the calm surface of the water, he remembers those moments when he began to decipher his inner, invisible structure and assign names to it. What Max did not know at the time, but later came to understand, was this: these inner figures are not merely personal constructs of his imagination. They reflect archetypes, as described for example by C. G. Jung—universal, depth-psychological primordial images anchored in both the collective and the individual unconscious of every human being. Especially in dreams, in deep meditations, or moments of inner contemplation, these forces appear in symbolic form—as inner figures, beings, voices, or impulses. Yet this knowledge is older than any modern psychology. Ancient Chinese mythology also knows this structure. Under the collective term “Yu Di,” five mythological figures were concealed, regarded as “abstract spirits of the five elements”—each with specific helpers, powers, and orientations. The center (the personality) was surrounded by four dynamic elemental forces—another mirror of the inner order of the human being.

Intrusive thoughts
Does anyone here have OCD? It can be scary and really mess me up sometimes, but I realized that since I’ve dealt with intrusive thoughts all my life, I’ve gotten good at ignoring them, so I can use that same skill on any thoughts now to detach. OCD then, was like a sort of training ground 🤔 Just a thought for today (I need to level up so I can do the chakra meditations 😆)

It seems, to me, at least... That our struggles and prognosis' become our portals when we redefine our relationships with them. I've been diagnosed and prescribed meds for: PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and ADHD. I've also had some major bouts with drug addiction - let me tell you it was hard to stop doing something that helped me feel so much better. Suffering, sucks. For me it stops when I restructure the relationship in my body/mind complex. Pain still comes and goes, but suffering passes fast. Today I'm ok.
Permission to "have" - live song-mantra performance
Dr. Tom Having is what many friends and colleagues call me. In fact, I have considered having my last name legally changed from Miller to Having. No joke. But what's in a name. Meaning is what we give to something. Having is my Jam. "When you end the battle and give yourself permission to have, outer intention (Lightsharing God) will find a way of giving you what you need. Allow yourself to have from this moment onward, unconditionally and unreserverdly and not occasionally but all the time." -Transurfing Reality or if you prefer scripture over Science, the message is the same: “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened.” - Matthew 7:7 Most people miss this part: “Allow yourself to have… unconditionally and unreservedly.” The block is not God’s willingness. It'’s our internal permission. I used to block my own "having" until I became aware and changed channels. In this quick video, I shall perform the Mantra-song that helps me stay in the energy of Having. Curious, how do you consistently give yourself permission to "have" what you desire? Prosperity needs purpose. For me all material supply is attracted into my world with the intention of carrying out my life mission. Speaking of metaphysics, I am finishing up my doctorate paper now. Hence, Dr. Tom Having. My jams: Metaphysics Quantum Science Sacred Geometry The Enneagram Dog Consciousness The Light that connects Lightsharing And at the end of the day, they're all the same thing.
