Not a number of runs but a mileage. I’m going to slowly build up to 50 Miles per week, 15-20 this week. Just finished 4 and did 2 rounds of Wim Hof breathing. I also committing to 2 workouts this week.
Did 2.5 miles on the treadmill yesterday plus a 30 minute HIIT. Today was 3.5 miles on the treadmill today and I’m going to try to get in 30 minutes on the elliptical tonight. We have been getting a ton of rain in Florida so staying inside is nice
