What a day. Watching so many of your breakthroughs happen in real time has been one of my favorite parts of this summit. I’ll tell you this… when I first started applying these principles, I had no idea how fast my work and life would expand. I didn’t realize how much time I was losing to things I shouldn’t have been doing. I didn’t realize how many ideas were stuck because I didn’t have enough bandwidth to act on them. I didn’t realize how much more creative, present, and effective I could become when I had the right leverage. That’s the real gift here. It’s not just about moving faster. It’s about creating space. Space to think bigger. Space to lead better. Space to be more present with the people you love. Space to focus on the work only you can do.
