What’s the biggest challenge in business: Getting clients or keeping them?
For many entrepreneurs and professionals, the biggest challenge isn’t just landing new clients, it’s keeping them. Getting new clients often comes with excitement and energy. But building long term relationships, delivering consistent value, and earning trust over time? That’s the real work. New clients grow your business. Loyal clients sustain it. Retention requires clear communication, reliable service, and a mindset focused on long term partnership not just one time transactions. What do you think is harder: šŸ“ˆ Attracting clients, or šŸ” Keeping them long-term? Let me know in the comments!

Thank you so much for this insight. This is what I'm thinking: šŸ”„ Attracting clients is hard because: You're starting from zero trust. You're competing for attention in a crowded space. You need strong marketing, visibility, and often, proof of results. But….... šŸ’Ž Keeping clients long-term is even harder for many because: Expectations rise over time. You have to consistently deliver value, not just once. Relationships need nurturing, communication, and adaptability. One small mistake can cost you the trust you worked hard to earn. Conclusion? šŸ‘‰ Attracting gets your foot in the door. šŸ‘‰ Retention keeps the lights on and builds your reputation. So while attraction requires strong first impressions, retention demands consistency, care, and continuous improvement. If you can master both, that’s where the real magic (and growth) happens. ✨
Thank you Max Business School

Mission accomplished! šŸŽÆ
I’ve officially completed all the modules and turned in every assignment — no more deadlines haunting my dreams (for now šŸ˜…). Good luck to the rest of you still grinding. See you at the finish line! šŸ

@Thuo Samwel To be honest, SEO had me scratching my head the most šŸ˜‚. So many tools, rules, and Google playing hide and seek with rankings! But I took it slow, practiced a lot, and watched extra videos to make it stick. Now it kinda feels like a superpower! šŸ’ŖšŸ”

@Khulekani Khathi Yesss! That’s the spirit! šŸ™Œ Honestly, that excitement is exactly what you need to keep going. If I and others did it, there’s absolutely nothing stopping the rest of you—just take it one module at a time, no pressure. The finish line is real, and it's waiting for all of us. Let’s keep pushing and holding each other up—we’ve got this!

Crowdfire Platform Inquiry
Hey everyone, Quick question—does anyone know if Crowdfire is still a social media management platform? I’ve tried checking it out, and I’m not sure if it has changed focus or rebranded into something else. If anyone has used it lately or knows what’s up, please let me know. Thanks in advance!
