Building an AI agency has me juggling more AI tools than I ever imagined 😅 Most days I’m switching between Gemini and ChatGPT for analysis and writing. Recently, I’ve been using NotebookLM to turn 70+ page pdfs into podcasts I can listen to on the go. And with Google’s Nano Banana, I can edit photos exactly how I want with a single prompt, something that used to take me hours in Photoshop or Canva. The AI world moves fast, but the possibilities? That’s where it gets exciting.

Sometimes I wake up not knowing what to do, feeling a bit uncertain about the path forward. But by the end of the day, I always done something to get a little closer to my goal. That's the hustle. So, how do I stay steady? I've learned that it all starts with the end in mind. It comes down to visualizing my desired outcome. When I'm clear on the destination, it becomes easy to figure out the very next step, no matter how small. It helps me choose which skills to learn, which connections to nurture, and where to invest my time. Today, that vision became a little clearer. I officially started my 1:1 coaching sessions and had my first three calls. It's the first of many, and I'm learning and adapting every day. It's a humbling, exciting journey, and I wouldn't have it any other way. How do you wake up knowing what to do?

Don’t you just hate it when something loads all the way to 100%… and then says “processing” after? Like, why not just include that part in the 100% loading bar? Hahahah

Yesterday, I thought to myself I’ve had this idea for a business in my head for a while. Why don’t I write it down for a change? I opened my ChatGPT window and started writing my thoughts down: who this is for, the opportunity in the market, why I’m doing this, what will be included, and who it won’t be for. I wrote all of it down and then asked, “How can I start this?” It gave me a list of things I needed to do that aligned with my vision. It also gave me a sense of progress I could follow, from the business side of things, to how to frame my offer, the type of language and tone I should emphasize and nurture, and even the whole branding. I was shocked because if we can tell ChatGPT to give us a clear roadmap, even one that shows us how to make a million dollars in six months with daily challenges to stick to, I don’t see why that isn’t possible. Yes, extenuating circumstances can happen. But it can be done. AI is here to help you save time and help you achieve what you think of.

Get so good at what you do that you just sit back, listen and smile when people who claim that they know better than you are making mistakes without realising it. Find one thing, learn every day, put in your 5000 hours. It’s no longer 10,000 hours to develop mastery. Because of AI. Put in one hour or 30 minutes a day and within the next 4 to 5 months you would be the “must have”, off your craft.
