2% challenge
What a fight πŸ₯΅ Even if this was just an improvement and not a full PDR finish I still tried to push 2% more every time I could have been done Really sad I couldn't have it before it was ruined by someone else Customer was delighted with the result so I am 😊

Not every job has to be glassed!!!! Minimizing damage by working with the customers on their level of need, can payoff in I believe more consistent job income. I believe the PDR techs with a full service body/paint shop have an extra advantage of experimenting with money making shortcuts.
Mini Reaper Rods
Hey guys Just got myself this mini Reaper Rods set to complete my reaper rods set I'm now have a decent amount of rods but I'm still very limited with small ones Got those for my birthday, my family is a bit disappointed that I got working tools for my birthday but I'm ok with that πŸ˜πŸ˜‚

@Brice Maillet mine is also in June (22) and also when it comes to parents gifts, they are way better than socks and underwear. 🀣

@Brice Maillet no worries... when you get to be my age making it to the next one becomes a goal. πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ€£
Possible job?
Has anyone fixed a dent like this? I figure the handle has to come off and there might be access right next to it on the door jamb. Also how much should it cost?

Wow that's going to probably be a tough one. Being naturally lazy I'd probably be guilty of trying glue, even if it's a tiny tab. πŸ™ƒ Hopefully someone comes on here and steers you right. πŸ˜…
Push to paint value?
As an old bodyman doing PDR and now looking back it is making me wander just how many crowns I may have never seen because of Bondo.

@Steven Arzapalo they still had 1940's fenders in Tenn in 71 where I went which you could grind forever on. 🀣 In rethinking my original post, today's tissue paper metal thickness probably allows the energy to naturally travel farther than on the old metal.
Struggle
This is a PDR repair I did today for a wholesale account Crease was pretty deep + 2 shots on bodyline and a semi sharp ding I can't decide if I'm happy with the results or not, I'd say yes considering the initial damage and it is very ok for wholesale But after the first 2.5h and hurting my back I put the door on a stand and tried to finish it better for 2 more hours but I feel like I barely did anything better, maybe even worse somewhere and that's disappointing to me This is raw result no sanding whatsoever only a quick buff to get rid of marks

Really looks pretty flat all I see is a slight line just above the bottom bodyline which a bit of sanding and buffing would do. What I can see is plenty acceptable for wholesale.
