Im just getting started and my business naics are transportation. I'm looking to land a contract and sub-contract it out went to Ai for a proposal letter and will be sending one out today . Anybody got any pointers. I keep hearing people speak on dibbs which I never signed up to but I have my cage code Etc is dibbs necessary to land your first contract?
