What's the question you're carrying this month?
Each month, I answer the prompt "One question I'd like to answer this month" on the monthly page of my Monk Manual. From there, I transfer it over to my weekly dot grid space, and answering the question becomes part of my weekly par practice. This month, my question is... "What's not mine that I've been carrying?" What question are you living through this month? "I want to beg you, as much as I can, dear sir, to be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and to try to love the questions themselves like locked rooms and like books that are written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, which cannot be given you because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer." - Rilke

What paradigm(s) do I need to deconstruct this month?
What is Purpose
I saw a definition of purpose that really made me think.. "All the special activities God created us to perform in the world- a fulfillment of His design and intention for us- which will naturally result in service or benefit to others". This includes the ways we think about our work, our involvement in our communities, our support of the next generation, our generosity and our free time. Just wanted to share this because I am finding it really helps me to zero in on what is most important today. I appreciate this forum and all the people that make it what it is. Hope everyone has an awesome day:-)
Planner Question
Good afternoon all, just curious, for those who have used both the daily and weekly planner, which works best for you and why? Does anyone use both simultaneously?

@Caroline Hamatake Great point about keeping things on the radar. I get that. That is a feature I like about the weekly version, it's the whole year in one planner.

@Kathrin Sandall Thanks for the suggestion on the Life Atlas check-ins.
Reading to Kickstart the Year
I just received "Abandonment to Divine Providence" by Caussade, going to stay focused on being more intentional but inviting all of God's Will into my daily life first. For years i had it backwards. What book are you all starting the year with?
