Hello all! This may have been asked before but I can’t seem to find anything on this, but I’m curious about Find Your Inner Monk and Life Atlas. I have both but haven’t begun either of them and wondering which would make the most sense to compete first? I know FYIM is a much longer process than Life Atlas, and I realize they probably are quite complimentary. But again, wondering on the best way to approach these two courses. Thanks!
@Darryl Kozak My sense, given your context (which is being in a role with seemingly infinite demands, even though you are finite) - I'd say start with FYIM unless you feel you primary problem right now is a lack of direction in terms of where you want to focus on a being and doing level. My response is largely covered by a projection that your day to day reality is largely responsive. FYIM will help contextualize this, and then you can build off it with Life Atlas. Alternatively you could front load Life Atlas and make watching FYIM one of your goals!
Thanks to everyone who joined last night. Session 4 recording is now live in the classroom for all those participating. In addition here is a brief survey for participants... https://form.typeform.com/to/Gb4OdeVD Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the survey. It means a lot to us!
