A Bit About SoCal Terrel
Hi everyone — I’m a California real estate broker with 36+ years in the business and a “recovering” loan officer. I also teach California real estate pre-licensing at two community colleges—one in SoCal and one in NorCal. My primary market is the Greater Los Angeles area and surrounding communities. I tend to work more with sellers, but I’m always glad to help buyers too. Outside of real estate, I’m pet-centric (my home currently qualifies as a small animal sanctuary 🐾). I’m also president of a nonprofit social club, volunteer with the Los Angeles Mayor’s Crisis Response Team when there’s a death in the community, and work as a Living Benefits life agent. Looking forward to learning from everyone here and sharing what 36+ years in the trenches has taught me.
