Vacation & Remote Policies
We are contemplating moving to an unlimited vacation policy as well as adding in a remote work component. Has anyone done this or have experience in it? Our Advisors operate this way now; however, the operations staff does not. The research says it's a positive for everyone. I would like to get real work information from someone. For example: a daughter/son is having a baby and the grandparent wants to either take time off or work remote. What things should we look at for policies? Does anyone have experience in this really working? Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you.

Small accounts/advisor de-linking from accounts
Good morning, @Nikki Whittle 's question this week about Tier 4/Servicing level clients has prompted me to do some crowdsourcing. What best practices/procedures are folks using for clients you're no longer looking to service? Example - account that was opened 10 years ago, significant percentage of balance has been distributed. Based on current account balance, advisor can offer little/no value and client could be served having a retail account and not paying management fees. Now, the account falls significantly below portfolio minimum and advisor's business has continued to grow over time. Client isn't engaged/communicative. Thanks in advance for any thoughts, suggestions, letter templates, etc.

We have accounts like these; depending on the relationship, we move them to Fee Waived. Usually, we have other family-related accounts, so we do this as a benefit. The IPS goes to 100% cash, and it is included in reports. However, if it is a one-account-only relationship, a conversation is held with the client to determine if it should be fully distributed or the management of the account should end. We don't make a hard and fast rule that we just terminate the relationship. Hope this helps.
Aggregator Options
I'm looking for recommendations on Aggregator tools. We currently use ByAllAccounts but it has not aggregated 90% of our participant accounts in over 8 weeks. We have a ticket open but it's in the hands of "engineers" we are told and they are still working on the issue. It's time to start searching for alternatives and looking for any suggestions on what firms are using. I'd appreciate any feedback!

We use Tamarac and unfortunately they use ByAll. ByAll is antiquated and it takes forever to get the integrations fixed. So yes, I would love an alternative to ByAll.
Compliance Tech Stack
Who does everyone use for Compliance? We are looking to remove ourselves from Comply?

We left Comply as they were technology based. We went with Advisor Law as we were looking more for a firm that could review and maintain all of our regulatory documents (ie: ADV, U4, etc) and that we could discuss regulatory changes with and how they apply to our firm. We have been with them for about a year and are very happy.
WealthBox Data Sync - Raymond James
Good afternoon, I am a new member of this community and very excited to learn from others. We recently got set up with WealthBox after using the native CRM with Raymond James for the last three years. It has been a net-positive so far except one glaring issue - my custodial client information updates (e.g., new email for client) are noy syncing in WealthBox and I can't get help from either side to figure out if this is an error or a shortcoming of the integration. My question, no matter who your custodian, is when you set up a new client on your custodial platform, does that new client show up as a contact in Wealthbox? And if you have an existing contact in WealthBox and make an update to contact details at your custodian (or your PMT), does that automatically sync overnight into WealthBox? I don't think its a good idea to live in a world where we double enter client data? Thanks in advance for any advice. David

We use both Fidelity and Schwab, neither of them do this.
