Success w/o Purpose?
I once signed the biggest opportunity of my life ---> global stages, book deals, recognition and realized I was more disconnected and depressed than ever. That’s when I discovered success without purpose is just another form of pain. Inspiration isn’t about hype; it’s about living from the overflow of a healed and whole heart. That’s when your story begins to set others free. Next Step: Think about someone in your world who needs encouragement, what part of your story could you share with them today?
The Process
Funny thing happened this week...
I posted something tiny. A simple reminder to slow down. Nothing clever. Nothing polished. Honestly… I almost deleted it. It felt too soft. Too obvious. Too ā€œnot enough.ā€ Then someone reached out and said, ā€œThat post wrecked me. It made me sit with myself in a way I haven’t in years.ā€ It shook me. Because I spend so much time trying to make things excellent, helpful, meaningful… And here God uses a small, almost-forgotten thought to open someone’s heart. It reminded me:Impact isn’t always loud. Breakthrough isn’t always complex. Sometimes it’s a sentence. A pause. A breath. A slowdown. Share the small things. They may be the thing that saves someone from burning out, giving up, or shutting down.
Very true!
One Thing.
If you could ask for one thing and one thing only... This one thing would be the resource, tool, or connection that would sky rocket your dream... What would it be? Don't be shy...maybe your one thing already lives inside this community? Comment below!!!

A dream team with godly wisdom. Basically, like Moses' 70 elders he had to share his burden of leading the people.
Deathly, Drifting, or Devoted...Which are you?
Three Types of Leaders: 1. The Deathly Leader - Leads from fear and control. Needs to be right, to be seen, to be praised.Their team survives, but they don’t thrive. Everything revolves around the leader’s insecurity and eventually, it drains the life out of the culture. 2. The Drifting Leader - Leads from good intentions but lacks vision and discipline. They want everyone to feel good, but without direction, the team loses momentum. Drifting leaders are kind, but inconsistent and they confuse peace with passivity. 3. The Devoted Leader - Leads from love and conviction. They care deeply and act decisively. They create environments of trust where truth can live. They aren’t driven by fear or ego, but by the desire to see others flourish. *AWARENESS IS THE NAME OF THE LEADERSHIP GAME. BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF AND YOU WILL LEAD WITH HEALTH.

I am striving to be a Devoted Leader
Don't Give Up
Pioneering isn't easy. It's painful. Your vision of what's possible will often lag behind reality. Stay the course. Work your vision. Don't give up.
